Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns

Because each cutting board is a handmade wood product, natural variations in grain, color, and pattern are expected. These variations are part of what makes every board unique and are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Returns are accepted only for unused items in their original condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Used cutting boards cannot be returned.

Custom, personalized, or specially requested items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
